Carrot Top is unfortunately the victim of multiple personality disorder like Bon Bon. The Carrot top in Swarm of the Century has a very soft voice, and seems a bit... slow. Shes the one that coined "We couldn't fit it all in..." after all. Carrot Top in GIYC has an entirely different, much stronger voice and seems way more confrontational.
