In A Bird in the Hoof, the dresses are at Fluttershy's cottage. This is likely because Carousel Boutique was damaged during Swarm of the Century. The visit from Celestia is likely the rescheduled visit from Swarm of the Century as well.
The dresses are damaged in Best Night Ever. Because they've been worn at such a visible event, Rarity will certainly refuse to repair them for reuse. All appearances of the dress rack must come between Suited for Success and Best Night Ever.

It's not cold and leaves are on the trees, so Fall Weather Friends hasn't happened yet.
