“Failed, yes, you were deeply upset, we talked about this, but I still can’t see what this has to do with your run-in with the librarian.”

“I said, what does meeting the librarian have to do with Celesti-“
“I passed it.”
Sorrel looked up,“…no, you didn’t, Twilight.” He circled something on his notes.
“I did, there was an loud ‘boom’, and my body shook, and I opened the egg, and then I turned m-my parents into plants, and my h-horn hurt, and Celestia came and calmed me down, a-an-and RIGHT, HERE!” Twilight grabbed at her cutie mark, her voice quivering, and her body shaking, “WAS MY NEW CUTIE MARK! IT WAS PURPLE! IT WAS A STAR! THIS ISN’T MINE! WHOSE IS THIS?!? WHERE AM I??!?! WHEN AM I?!?! WHY DO I KEEP SEEING THIS GIANT BIRD IN MY THOUGHTS, WHY DO I… need a… shrink…” Twilight slouched back in her seat, her emotions drained.
“…the cutie mark is yours, I don’t know of any star, you’re in my office in Canterlot’s west district, it’s a Wednesday, four days before the next Summer Sun Celebration, and though my colleagues would ruin me for this… I think I know what’s happened.
