what if...dash was scheduled to compete in some kind of youth aeronautics trial thing for the wonderbolts. She was nervous, naturally, but unwilling to accept support, so rairty, being generous, volunteered to undergo a dangerous spell to attain wings to help dash in her time of need. However, rarity's vanity, as always, was her downfall, and eventually the amount of praise and attention she receives due to her luscious new wings causes her to compete in the same competition! She ignores dash's nerves and focuses on herself, making rainbow dash even more nervous than before. Eventually, when it is time to compete, there's only a slot for one more act, so both go on together. Rarity naturally captures the crowd's gaze, allowing dash to fuck up without much notice from aynone. All goes like this till the finale for each pony, in which rarity incinerates her wings and falls to heaven, forcing dash to perform a feat thought impossible to save her life, as well as the lives of her heroes. All is forgiven between the two, with a strong morale lesson about I forget. I could write for this goddamn show |
