AWESOME EPISODE IDEAS FOR SEASON 2

- Trixie comes back and uses magic to disguise herself as Twilight so she can cause mischief and ruin Twi's reputation. Everyone gets mad at Twilight until the cliche doppleganger moment, at which point Trixie is ousted and runs away swearing her revenge.

- Big Mac hurts himself again, prompting Fluttershy to try and take care of him. Applejack becomes jealous because she thinks Fluttershy is going to steal her big brother away, but it turns out FS has absolutely no interest in Mac beyond the desire to nurse him back to health and everyone has a good laugh. Except Big Mac, who has an unrequited crush on Fluttershy.

- Everyone has their own things to do elsewhere, leaving Rarity all alone. With no orders to prepare, she's terribly bored and decides to find an interim friend: Derpy. It's basically 22 minutes of Rarity taking Derpy around to do fun friend things and Derpy invariably screwing them up until Rarity can't take it any more and yells at our beloved goggle-eyed pony. Derpy gets upset and runs off and the mail never gets delivered, so when the mane cast comes back they all have to go out and find her so Rarity can make a heartfelt apology. Cue end sequence where Twilight lets Derpy send Celestia a letter about what she learned, which turns out to be a crayon drawing of a muffin.

Also she serves as an interesting dynamic, as the anti-Twilight, or possibly the kind of personality Twilight could've molded into if she let her power get to her. Remember in episode 1, when she rued the thought of having to make friends and thought little about other ponies she met? But then by the time Trixie's episode came along, Twilight was a lot more humble and visibly nervous about doing anything that might cost her friendships.
