05/21/11(Sat)16:16 No.26128966>>26128583 >My research will hopefully put a stop to you.
You have no idea the images you're putting in my head.
I can't help but see you in a darkened laboratory somewhere, wrapped up in a lab coat and surrounded by esoteric science equipment. You stare intently at a beaker of brightly colored fluid atop a bunsen burner, scribbling hasty notes into a worn research journal. You have devoted your time, your life, your friends, even your health to this project. You have no regrets, because you know it needs to be done.
Then, a frantic lab assistant bursts into an disturbs your concentration.
>"Dr. Test! Dr. Test, the university turned down our grant request! They said that they couldn't justify continuing to fund a project that was devoted to changing the opinions of people on the internet. They said that it couldn't be done, and now we've got until Tuesday to clear out of the lab! What are we going to do?"
You knew this was coming. It was only a matter of time, given how blind the fools on the board of directors had become. They just didn't UNDERSTAND, but it didn't matter now. Things had gone too far to stop now. The work would continue, somehow.
>"Pack up all the research materials and move them to the secondary site. We're going off the gird."
Somehow, the ponies would be stopped. |
