(Bear in mind, I am no artist, but I'll point out things that seem off to me)
The belly should be lower, legs are too short (right front leg in particular), snout should go further up head, ear should be a little bigger I think, head is a little too ovally (could be personal taste) horn seems to be at slightly wrong angle, the hair doesn't attach properly behind her ear. Hair looks nice.
So yeah, you are human and can operate a pencil so there is definitely potential, just needs practice

Part of being an artist is having an eye for being able to see what you draw isn't right. I'd recommend drawing with references for the whole drawing (not just the tail, for example) until you learn how ponies look. And boy, is that not easy. I always use references when I draw ponies; though the style is cute and simple, it belies the true underlying complexity of ponies.

If your ponies STILL look off even when you're using a reference, then you may have to practice drawing objects that have simpler shapes.

However, there are going to be details you miss and things that are off until you memorize how ponies look. There are some guides on ponibooru that can help you to learn some of the "rules" of pony anatomy. I would encourage you to go back after drawing ponies and compare your drawings to art from the show, to try to teach yourself what you might have done wrong and what you did right.
