>>25948148 >Why do I find it funny that a kid cried in the middle of a DnD game? Do you know the craziest part? He did it EVERY GAME! I don't know how many sessions we played with him, but every single one ended when Kevin broke down and cried! He even cried at the end of fun games!
I remember we played a game of Ironclaw once, and my friend's mom even sat in for that one. She played a big friendly bear to balance out the fact that I was a big angry ram. My friend actually ran this one, though, so it was going great until AT SOME POINT, two of the younger kids got uppity about something.
At some point, one developed some kind of vendetta against my character, and he spent the whole game trying to get me killed. It backfired in his face over and over again, Wiley Coyote style, though, until one point when he finally got a lucky streak and knocked my character out. My character was already missing an eye, so the kid plucked out the other one to "teach me a lesson."
I was totally fine with it and was going to run a blind warrior character afterward, still bitter and pissed off at the world as all get out. But this kid Kevin, like always, has a breakdown and cries again!
It was like, shit! He was the only one really perturbed by my character's tragedy! I never knew how to respond to the crying either. |
