I'll give you step by step instictions.
1. Find a bittorrent. I recommend vuze
2. Find a torrent of an OS. I recommend "tiny7" which is windows 7 with out all the bullshit.
3. Wait for torrent to download
4. Insert disc. Like an empty disc, tiny 7 is under a gig so you should fit it on a CDR if not go out and buy some dvd+r's
5. win xp should prompt you about the empty disc. Say burn to disc. Browse to find the .iso which is in the downloaded torrent.
6. Write that shit on the disc
7. Back up stuff you want to keep
8. shut down computer and restart it.
9. just as it says the computer brand name on the screen spam the f12 key.
10. Use the arrow keys to choose the disc drive
11. follow the instruction from the installation.
