Twilight's the only one who still believes in magic and can recite all her lessons on friendship from memory. Everyone else thinks she's a loser and kind of milking it, but they cling to the show anyway for various reasons.

I don't think "Executive Producer" is so much a job as it is a title. They give the title too all sorts of people for all sorts of reasons. For example, if a person writes a novel and somebody makes a movie out of it, they'll sometimes credit the author as "executive producer." In other cases, if it's a small independent movie and Uncle Frank let them film in his back yard, they'll credit him as Executive Producer. It's not like people go to work every day for executive producing.

Not that they do nothing either. I'm just saying it's possible they can have someone else, or several people, taking over Faust's day to day work without crediting them as executive producers. It's possible they gave her the title because she came up with the concept in the first place. It was all inspired on her childhood imagination, as she's said before.
