Hey all- I think a while back, I stumbled across some Dragon Age/MLP crossover fan arts.. but despite my searches I've yet to find it again. That is, assuming there was some to begin with. Can anyone help a brony out?

Assuming you've got competent judges, and not these pre-screeners I've been hearing about, it still shouldn't be too bad.

Say you've got 200 stories and 5 judges. You have them filter out all the stories by pre-literates and people who don't speak english very well. Get rid of the stories that are 50% obscure video game or manga crossover. Get rid of stories about dinosaurs. Get rid of gag stories that mock fanfiction. And then you're down to, what, 50 stories? Ten stories for each judge. They select the three best ones, or something. All judges read those 15 stories. And come to a winner. Over the course of two months, that's not a big deal.
