To be fair, there seem to be many different kinds of dragons:

The Red and Green ones from Dragonshy and the latest episode, respectively, seem to be the same body type. Thus, probably the same species. They were both pretty dickish.

Spike, when Twilight 'aged' him in the Cutie Mark ep., didn't look anything like they did. Probably a different species, one that we haven't seen any other representatives of.

And Steven Magnet might or might not be a river dragon (he does look vaguely like a chinese dragon). If he is, he's clearly unrelated to either of the above.

Lucky or you it turns out these bushes lead from Applejack's farm over to Carrot Top's farm, keeping you hidden from the crazed country folk. You decide to head back to the office for now.

Ok going to take a bit of an intermission while I grab a bite to eat and stuff.

Did anyone else not really like this episode? I felt like the writing was a step down from earlier episodes. There weren't even any good jokes, the whole thing was incredibly sappy and predictable, and the only interesting/good thing to come out of it was Dash using Scootaloo as a garbage disposal.

Well I always would like the idea that a bitter old man goes to Equestria who is cynical about the whole place. He's done some horrible things in his life and can't forgive himself, so he believes everyone has selfish intentions and everyone is as bad as he was to make himself feel better. He starts off as a regular guy in college, not really going anywhere or accomplishing much. He starts having recurring dreams about himself as a pony in Ponyville, making friends with lots of different ponies but never getting a cutie mark.

Cue tragic accident that puts him in a coma. In his dream, Nightmare Moon has turned evil again through some terrible unknown force and all of Equestria is blanketed in darkness. Celestia vanishes, and the Elements of Harmony get scattered around Equestria. He has to join Twilight and her friends to help get the elements back together, while slowly discovering who is is and where his place in life is.

They defeat NMM, discover the evil magic that was controlling her, and the guy eventually discovers the magic within himself that vanquishes the evil. Light returns to Equestria, and Princess Celestia meets him and congratulates everyone. The guy's worried because he still doesn't have his cutie mark, but Celestia reassures him that he's already discovered what makes him special. He wakes up in the hospital surrounded by family.

In the epilogue, he's graduated college and found his calling in life, and in Ponyville, a pony identical to his is living there happily, with a cutie mark on his flank.

After making basically everything there is in Unite I can tell you that knowing each fight and how to use evade+2 is a hell of a lot more useful than having a set finely tuned for each and every fight. In Unite I spent 90% of my time at endgame in the G-rank bug armor sans helm for the sword saint piercing so I could have a set of skills that would be useful for any melee weapon on the same set, barring lance or gunlance.

Gunner sets were a bit more specialised though and I focused on making a good set for each gun rather than each monster.
