Depends on the perspective you have about it. While the names people have listed have contributed a lot to MLP: FIM (madmax especially) most of them have been scared off to either Ponychan or FIMChan. Or stopped contributing all together by the tone the threads after the bans took. i.e.: redirecting most of the fandoms efforts into shipping and fanfiction. Seeing as how Twilight had a rival in Trixie, Rainbow Dash with Gilda and Rarity with the Diamond Dogs, who/what would be a fitting rival for Fluttershy?

For the first arc it'd probably have to have something to do with twilight coming to terms with her magic, and realising that as powerful as she is she can't do everything alone. From there you have a good basis for further arcs with actual danger and stuff.

No Kloudmutt solemnly drops in simply because back in February I believe a person who worked with the show came on to do a little impromptu Q&A. That person has since not come back on. But in that exchange two things came out. Tripuser Sergent Sprinkles changed his attitude about gore when the guy told him he felt a strayed by the fic "Cupcakes". To which Sprinkles apologized and since has tried to disassociated himself with that fic. Kloudmutt got hell from everyone here for his infamous Panty Pony Pics when the same person told him that he felt more disturbed by it then "Hardcore Pony Porn". Then Kloudmutt came back in Mid march and then was once agained ran off by everyone again out of fear.
