Applejack drinks moonshine made from her own apples, and is the third-hardest drinker in ponyville - second is Big Mac, first is Granny Smith. Although on the rare occasion she can afford it she might try an Appletini.
Rainbow Dash does shots. Any kind will do, Zambuca, Skittles, Tequila - although flaming shots are her favourite. Tends to get boistrous quick but is the first to throw up.
Rarity drinks wine, but if the selection's poor she'll switch to fancy drinks with umbrellas. Tries to keep her composure but always ends the night giggling and sliding off her stool.
Pinkie Pie will drink *anything*, and a lot of it. It doesn't seem to make a difference except her language gets slurred. Late in the evening she'll suggest they go streaking, will be out the door before anyone realizes they're always naked.
Twilight Sparkle is a lightweight. Two drinks and she's done. She'll do some fun drunk dancing and is all over Karaoke, but is really about getting cross-eyed drunk early and hugging people, telling them how they're best friends.
Fluttershy is the designated driver. Even without cars.
