My suggestion to you is to draw lighter. either by using a higher opacity, or applying less pressure of the stylus onto the tablet. Preferably the latter.

Draw lighter, and more importantly, draw looser. The looser you draw, the easier it will be to grasp the proper forms shapes of the subject you are drawing.

In unrelated news, the potato counter on Steam for Portal 2 will hit 0 in 6-7 hours, if it stays at the rate it's dropping at now.

That's exactly the reason. Fluid lines also mean more natural curves. Nothing sexual implied, these characters are mad up of a bunch of curves, so that will just make your job easier.
