Honestly, the more I think about it, the more I like Applejack's. It's so DIFFERENT than what we were expecting, and it was interesting to see that she wasn't always rooted to the farm.

Had an unusually detailed dream last night /co/.

It started out with this bleak washed-out colorless cityscape. Think Mirror’s Edge only with all the color removed. The dream then shifts to a bunch of silhouettes standing in front of the stereotypical Evil CEO setup, with the desk in front of glass walls overlooking the city. The guy at the desk looks up and say “Go there and kill hope.” One of the silhouettes makes a Airbender pose and they all disappear.

Dream then cuts to what I think is a recreation of Rainboom only with the arena looking like a huge running track. It keeps cutting to this human with a gigantic sniper rifle that’s the same washed out grey as the city (pic related, I think it’s what inspired him). Eventually the dream cuts to Rainbow Dash speeding through the clouds, the sniper drawing a bead on her. He fires, and I get a big slowmo sequence of the bullet flying down towards Dash. Before it hits her however some guy in a military style long coat teleports in front of her and shoots the round out of the air with a shotgun, or something that fires like a shotgun.

Trenchcoat split second lands next to Sniper, and Sniper says something, I think a name, in shock. I should note that Trenchcoat is the same bland grey color except for his eyes, which are strikingly blue.

Aside from Dash's because she is my favorite, I like Twilight's the most. Baby/Giant Spike was funny and Twilight going all Jean Grey was awesome as well.

What insures is a fight sequence that’s like a duel between DBZ and Equilibrium. Coat is speeding and teleporting all over the place swinging his shotgun-thing like a baton, while Sniper is doing Ray Park shit with his huge ass rifle, alternately blocking, swinging, butting, and shooting at Coat. At the end Sniper notices (without a scope because dream logic is fucked) Celestia at her little booth way over at the arena and takes a shot at her, which deflects off a magical shield. Coat takes a shot at Sniper, putting some holes in one side of Sniper’s face, who counters by rifle butting Coat right between the eyes hard enough for more slowmo. Coat super jumps away and laugh mockingly before teleporting away.

Scene changes to a throne room where Celestia is ordering something to a bunch of gathered guard ponies. Five seconds into this Coat suddenly lands on the armrest of the stone throne hard enough to crack it. Celestia barely reacts, says something like “If you were here to kill me you’d be shooting right now…”

And then I woke up. Couldn’t get back to sleep to see the rest.

What I think was being set up was five super powered agents, similar to the main ponies in abilities, are sent to the Pony dimension to hunt down the main cast, and one of them goes rogue.

To start things off, I was personally looking most forwards to Fluttershy's, but Twilight really stole the show in my opinion. Considering that everything about him has a primary purple + secondary green, I don't think it was all that much of a stretch for him to assume that. Plus, unreliable narrators again. Just because it's a cartoon to sell toys to little girls doesn't mean that they always have to be telling the complete truth. They're not omnipotent.

That said, for season two I would love to see any kind of Rashomon type episode. That would be wonderful, and there'd be plenty of room for twilight to fit in a moral about objective viewpoints and honesty and stuff.

My friend is pretty young and he's struggling to become a teacher right now. Twilight had parents who fronted the tuition for her to go to the most prestigious magic school, where she caught the eye of god herself. She has spent literally every day since then studying to improve her skills.

Trixie's parent's might be dead. They're certainly not supporting her at this point in her life. She doesn't have a mentor, a scholarship, or access to any large library to do her research in. But she still manages to pull off some rocking magic.

Trixie and Rarity are, in my opinion, the two most gorgeous ponies in the show with the best voices. However, as seen in Boast Busters, they have a pretty severe beauty rivalry between each other. Except Trixie was fairly beaten down at the end of her episode, and Rarity is supposed to be extremely generous. All you'd need is a situation that brings Trixie back into town (buying a new hat and cape?) and for Rarity to swallow her initial distaste long enough for them to develop a rapport. It just makes it so that there is more hate and less sex at the beginning. Which is a good thing, since I think way too much shipping just jumps right into the cuddling without any buildup or explanation. And if there's one thing I've learned, it's that there is no ship that will not at least try to sail. They are very determined, irrational creatures.

Is it just me, or did the sonic rainboom have the properties of something like a nuclear bomb?

Trees were nearly flattened miles out from the epicenter, as demonstrated in pinkie pie's segment. It was strong enough to blow open a rock which was probably already cracked some miles away.

The thing is, though, there are so many things that seem as if it released some sort of energy. It is referred to as an explosion, which is pretty obvious. It would be a fair explanation to say the intense blast of radiation to an unsheltered pinkie pie, who's family was most likely inside at the time, caused her some sort of brain damage at a young age, which explains the sudden shift in behaviour. In Twilight Sparkle's segment, we see her exploding with magical power right after the explosion, to the point of it lifting the entire group of testing ponies, transforming her parents into plants and stuff, and making spike instantly grow very large, along with her eyes going all extremely glowy and stuff.

This is just conjecture, but the evidence points towards it.
