Except, well, what follows is a spoiler for the actual fanfic:
That is, of course, just the base form, which still lacks a name, but since it's based on the Element of Magic, I'm thinking Wyburn Magus. Different forms will yield different weaponry. The Honesty form would have Spike using sharp, bladed tonfas which end in knuckle dusters because it's the "Power" form.
Dash's Loyalty form will have no weapons, but it will give him the ability to fly and also Rainboom Mode, his equivalent to Faiz's Accel and Kabuto Riders' Clock Up.
Pinkie's Laughter form, dubbed tentatively "Wyburn Alegrias", has no starting weapons...but Spike eventually learns that it can transform musical instruments to other forms (akin to how Kuuga, should he be handed a revolver, would transform it into his Bowgun), and use sound as a weapon, akin to Kamen Rider Hibiki.
Fluttershy's Kindness Form would have a whip, but that's not the main feature about it: it can control and summon beasts. Wyburn's motorcycle, Machine Dragoon, goes into a Dragredder (Ryuki) mode for a FINAL VENT like finisher.
Rarity's Generosity form would have Spike wielding a horseslayer lance like in his Beefspike fantasy in Dog and Pony Show, only the Lance is also a rifle, so Rarity's form is basically the Gunner Form.
Also, I need help coming up with names for these. |
