My first advice to you is to avoid straight-ish lines like the one you have on her chest area. Almost everything about a pony is cuteness and cuddles and curves; round every shape out.

The legs in general could be a bit longer.

This actually looks pretty good. Did you use a reference? Try drawing ponies from various angles to help yourself get a three-dimensional grasp on their anatomy.

I called right from the start that the bird was a phoenix.

Overall episode was pretty fun to watch. Fluttershy and the bird interacting was pretty much predictable, but the episode make up for it with these Greatest Momments:
