HIGHLIGHTS;

-the character design of the phoenix was AWESOME. it's nice they can get extremely stylized while still within the show's overally visual theme.

-trollestia, AND trollbird. i mean what the fuck, i guess the student takes from the master in this case?

-flutteryshy. just fluttershy

-twilight was wrong and overreacted/made erroneous assumptions, which is good for her character development.

-celestia actually had some character development, but she still seems a little too perfect.

-20 seconds of dash and she was fucking hilarious. "oh! are we having a race?! ONE TWO THREE GO!" and then fluttershy and twilight just look at eachother like "what the fuck just happened?"
