Portia Gibbons of Mighty B. Some of Grey Delisle's best voice work - it's like Vicky as a valley girl who is less violent but much more desperate and manic.

The way she leans on the vowels in her words sometimes borders on incomprehensible ("CRAMUNAAAHHHL" for "criminal"). Seems like they really pushed her to the extremes with this show. Wish the rest of the show had matched up.
