I recommend changing the wording of their ability score modifiers, 'but their light frame that's critical to flight is weak in combat' to something more like 'but their bodies are lighter and more fragile than those of their non-winged cousins'
Fast Speed and Flight: What is their base fly speed?
Super-speed Strut: Recommend making this a move-action ability that lets them move up to 60 feet on the ground in a straight line, make it clear that it only affects land-based movement. Or an augmented charge/run.
All in all, I recommend making a general race (let's say equestrian for kicks), and having Earth Ponies, Unicorns, and Pegasi as subraces. Say 'all ponies have these stats/abilities, with variations depending on subtype', then lead into the types of Ponies. Then for cutie marks, "As equestrians, ____ are entitled to a cutie mark" |
