I never really cared at first, but when all the drama went down a few weeks ago with the mods banning everyone. I kinda got curious, and I watched the show.

I love this. I love the characters, I love the songs, I love everything about it. I'm currently on episode 11, and I'm going to try to watch the rest of the season that's out tonight. The thing I find with fanfiction is that it all too often comes down to pandering to the audience. Too often it's not about telling a great story, it's about forcing characters X and Y together and padding the rest of it with words from the thesaurus. And that's before you get into the minefield of writing for other people's characters.

It's only on rare occasions that you get a truly great story. But most people who have such stories to tell would rather save them for their own works.

Trixie doesn't need to be redeemed. She didn't do anything to warrant redemption in the first place. Trixie is just very showy and arrogant. Lots of characters are like that in various series. Not surprisingly, they usually end up as some of the more popular characters.

If Trixie comes back and she isn't a snob and full of herself, why even have her at all? You might as well call her Twilight-lite at that point because Twilight is nearly as much of a stuck-up snob as Trixie is. She hides it, but it comes to surface often enough to take notice.
