There are still some more delineations I'd probably put in the tiers, but the last few episodes have done a lot to shore up the weaker ponies like Fluttershy and Dash and make it all a lot more balanced.

Really the pony who needs another episode at this point is Twilight. She started great, but she hasn't actually -done- anything since the race, she mostly just sits around and then pops out to deliver the moral at the end of the episode. Sometimes she even just delegates the moral to somepony else!

The last time she had an episode was feeling pinkie keen, and that was a pretty weird episode as far as meshing with her prior characterization is concerned.

Rarity is going to be hard to catch up to after Diamond Dogs, though. She was already top tier but the little hoof-stamping was just too much.
