 What do you love most about Rainbow Dash?
I love her bright, shining eyes and her playful, slightly mischievous smile.
Her casual, laid back demeanor allows her to get along well with everybody. She would make a great friend. Yet when the going gets tough, she can put on a serious face.
The multicolored streaks in her mane, unlike Rarity's brazen, tacky curls, are vivacious and unique. Symbolizing intensity and dynamism, it compliments Rainbow very well.
It is no wonder why the griffin in episode 5 would target such a beautiful filly. The jealousy in her heart must have been eating her alive. Amazingly, her old friend's cruelty did not besmirch Rainbow's popularity one bit. She could have rampaged all over Ponyville, and Rainbow would still be as admired as ever.
It's a tragedy that she doesn't have any unicorn magic. Despite this, she doesn't hesitate to jump in and do the right thing. Truly commendable for a filly her age, in a country where people see theft and bullying, and just keep on walking.
This show is becoming less and less about the friendship and more and more about Rainbow Dash. I light up every time she appears on screen and am disappointed when she is only given a couple lines of dialogue. Honestly, the only reason I keep downloading new episodes is to see her calming smile. I hope she stars in a spinoff show. |
