Mine is a normal Earth Pony, but he doesn't have a name yet and I've been too lazy to get any art made for him or make any myself.

They'd have the same personalities, except for the changes that would come along with their change in anatomical chemicals and hormones. The plot would be them trying to cope with their new bodies and Twilight trying to find a cure.
I'm not sure how it would end, but it could be one of those shows where the message is showing little girls the differences between them and boys.
