Started working on the pony shimeji! I chose Applebloom for subject no. 1, since I always loved how she animated. Plus she's adorable and I'd love to have her crawling around my desktop.

This is the basic standing/idle frame. Realizing now this'll be a rather long project, with 55 frames to make and only enough free time to make 2-3 frames a day. I'm working it out so there's a basic body outline template in the .SAI, too, so it'll be way easier to make future pony characters. :3
