Most of the "fat" art was created by Envy because some people found it cute. She/he just did a bunch of quick sketches and didn't mean for them to be taken sexually at all.

The people that always overreact in this fandom took these sketches and used it as a means to start shit and try to "crack down" on it as if it were a fetish or something we were jerking off to (which I, and I highly doubt most that DO like those sketches, do NOT get off to).
