Would've been better if it had continued as the show up until the point Rainbow Dash saves Rarity and the Wonderbolts.
Rainbow successfully executes a Sonic Rainboom and saves everyone, but doesn't QUITE pull up in time, slamming against the ground even as the others miraculously survive.

Rainbow is posthumously named the winner (Rarity is runner up and gets the trophy, half out of pity more than anything), and dies a legend. Rarity spends the rest of her life blaming herself for Rainbow's death.
