Depends, it airs on a channel called "Hub" which use to be Discovery for Kids, so there's a limited amount of people with the channel itself. Plus it airs at 1:30pm EST on Fridays, so some are at work or school.

Usually there is a Livestream, though trolls have taken to reporting them, most usually wait for the ripped versions to appear usually early evening on Friday, Pensivepony is usually first, and then later comes the 720 and 1080 versions.

So in the end, I'd say its about 50-50 who actually watches it when its actually on the air.

I guess it's not really the fandom's job to teach life lessons... but seriously, competition's part of life. Creating award categories for the worst stuff would obviously be assholish and justifiably lead to hurt feelings, but that's not what we're talking about. If the part of our fandom that I respect most can't handle someone else being recognized over them, it doesn't reflect particularly well on all of us.

I'm not for the awards, I just have a different reason than you. I think bringing up the problem of bias isn't giving the guys behind this thing enough credit. They know about bias, which is why they created tons of subcategories for different types of fics.

My issue is that this thing will cause huge problems in the fanbase afterward, and it has nothing to do with how things are voted on or how the writers act during the event. It's all going to go south after people start using these awards to divide the fanbase.

I just realized something. Lauren Faust had a lot of fun with these toys as a kid, and she's living a personal dream of hers by bringing some element of her playtime to life. And in turn, with all of this fan fiction and fan art, people are having a lot of fun 'playing' with her and her friends' creation...adult people.

You mostly got the anatomy right, but gotta work on the faces. The fur on the body isn't usually that prominent (I don't know if that would be your style). They're more expressive in the two last panels, but it will help training other angles for the faces.

-why crayons? Looks really kiddie and not in a good way. Scan the black and white linework then color in some other program, looks a lot smooother.

-story is kind of rushing, are you using this as a fic introduction? If not, it needs to be expanded by another 5 or 6 panels to give more setup and closure.

-super generic poses. Grab some of the draw guides and use the skelton system to give them a much more dynamic look, even experiment with expressions.

Its a start, and it looks like you put some soolid work in, but you gotta revise it.
