I just found out about this show yesterday. I can't stop thinking about ponies. I'm not even being ironic or anything. I went to sleep thinking about ponies, dreamt about ponies, and woke up thinking about ponies.

I think I'm in love with all of them, but there's something about Pinkie that really turns me on. I've always been attracted to the genki girl types. I also like Rainbow Dash because she's a tomboy, but everyone knows she's a lesbian and I hope she finds the mare of her dreams someday.

Also, I think the creators of the show knew exactly what they were doing when they made it. It's obviously not dumbed down for little girls, but has tons of the same elements that make shoujo anime appealing beyond the stereotypical audience. I recognized some of the cast as voice actors for English dubs of anime I've seen before.

I've only seen a little bit of it, but please tell me there will continue to be implied yuri elements, that would be so fucking hot.

Does anyone know if there are plushies and other merchandise of this series specifically? Obviously there's tons of My Little Pony stuff from the 80s and 90s but I love the character designs of this one. I will give them all of my money.

I've never seen a show with nearly as many OP's saying 'omg I was so sure this would be shit but it was actually SO GREAT' as this. I suspect that most of the OPs are veteran 'bronies' trying to convince random people browsing to give it a shot.

I did and it's pretty much the same as most other little girls shows, maybe a little better. Can't say I see what inspires people to go to Mcdonalds for the sole purpose of buying plastic toys.
