sad/original flavour fic involving what would be the greatest final episode this series could possibly have: all the main cast have to break paths and some have serious trouble letting go. My idea is that Applejack will be the only one left in ponyville because of the farm, and her normally tough nature finally gives in to the stress and desperation she goes through trying to keep with any of the rest of the cast, while knowing that she is just being a hindrance to the rest of them at that point, as they all have to move on with their lives. Applejack never gets sensitive roles, even in the fics. so I want to make her crack, not just mush into depression. and yes, she does come to terms in the end... though I'm not sure what the end would exactly be like.

Question for all my fellow writefriends.

What kind of stuff have you written outside of Pony? I started with poetry off and on from 6th-12th grade and a couple of original short stories before moving solidly into fanfiction for the time being.

I haven't writtien anything terribly notable, but a Majora's Mask fanfic called The Lonely Boy (A Hylian Myth) got pretty good response from /v/. It detailed the origins of Majora and Termina, as well as several of the races and landmarks in Hyrule.

I have begun planning out a book I want to write called "To Rule the World: Confessions of an Evil Overlord" (working title). It would be in the style of a memoir and be (of course) from the "villains" point of view.

I'm currently trying to complete a story on the side as I prepare for my career post-college. I've never written fanfics before, I always preferred my own characters and situations. I did a first chapter for a fanfiction set after The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. Back in Middle/High School, I even had a Gaia account. Me and my best friend from back then found somebody on the site that was pretty decent at writing and we broke off into our own little private forum where we still RP.

No numbers or anything like that, just character and world building/adventure having. Cooperative story telling. It's a great way to flesh out ideas/test characters.

It's been slowing down though, with one member of the group heading off to Iraq in a month and another busy under a full college load. Soon I'll be the only one left. ;_;

Mugen is pretty simple to operate. Making a character or two really shouldn't be difficult since everything is preset already. I could understand the argument against a visual novel, but a fighting game is pretty straightforward.

It's this really nice sort of combination of strings and softer sounds with the slightest dash of chiptune (not too much, though), all to this sort of slowed break-beat.
