02/07/11(Mon)17:27 No.23275943>First paragraph. Whaddya think? Like autumn follows summer, like dawn follows night, like tummyaches follow eating too much alfalfa, the sun followed the moon. "COME BACK HERE YOU LITTLE BITCH! I'LL ANNIHILATE YOU!" Okay, so maybe the sun didn't usually roar like that as it gracefully slid into the sky after the moon had obligingly vacated the premises. It sounded like she was gaining, too; Luna flapped harder. "NOT EVEN YOUR ASHES WILL REMAIN TO BE CARRIED AWAY BY THE BREEZE! NOT EVEN ASHES, LUNA!" The ancient marble pillars of the palace sped past her eyes in a blur as she flew with every trick she knew, telekinetically forcing open the air in front to lessen resistance, winking in unpredictable directions and trying to break her sister's line of sight. Still she felt the air at her hindquarters grow warmer - one last desperate attempt it was, then! Blackness enveloped the Palace of Celestial Harmony. Luna smirked triumphantly, then felt something big and heavy crash into her flank and send her blindly plummeting to the hard stone floor. Fortunately, she discovered as the darkness lifted, she didn't seem to have broken anything valuable in the crash. Less fortunately, she'd been caught. Her royal majesty, Princess Celestia of Equestria towered above her, nostrils wide, breath like the bellows of a forge, alabaster hair glistening with sweat, eyes burning with the fury of an exploding star. Luna put on an innocent grin. "Oh, hi sis. Fancy running into you here." She had intended an innocent tone, but it ended up closer to smug. The Princess of the Sun glared nuclear death at her sister. "WHERE IS IT." TBC |
