Beast Wars crossover scenario
02/05/11(Sat)20:28 No.23222528A human, Spike Witwicky, was successfully uploaded (albeit temporarily, with transfer psychosis) to an Autobot mind and body. The government immediately kept this under the highest classification.
Ties between Earth and Cybertron remained strained after the events involving Headmasters, but then came The Great Upgrade. Perceptor and other Cybertronian scientists devised a new type of Transformer body.
The new bodies were made of nanites, each similar in size and energy requirements to Earth's multicellular organic life forms. The technology led to the signing of the armistice, in which Decepticon culture was allowed to continue, in exchange for the decommissioning (spark extraction) of certain officers later convicted of war crimes.
The Great Upgrade had its consequences on Earth too. Hailed as the greatest innovation in medicine, humans were uploaded without psychotic side effects. Humans with paralysis, life-threatening diseases and injuries, the elderly, the feeble-minded, and finally much of the planet upgraded.
Furries were shunned by some, but tolerated by most, and they were granted their own location, deep in the heart of Africa. Because many furries were hackers, they altered their technological makeup to mimic Cybertronian transformations and abilities, like telekinetic force fields.
During this time, a Cybertronian revolution resulted in the end of relations. Cybertronians were banned from stepping foot on Earth ever again.
With careful tending, the entire area became fertile. One of the premier engineers, Celeste Sanchez, became so beloved for her hacks that she was elected the leader of the Furry Zone. She proved to be a nutjob, however, instituting a system-wide trojan horse which effectively mindwiped and modelocked the entire Furry Zone. She renamed it Equestria, and ruled it with an iron hoof. |
