 I hate when people says G1 was bad, is like that people who watches "Mystery Inc." and says that is the ONLY good thing about Scooby Doo ever created.That kind of argument is made by people who never actually watched the show, or don't get that was made in 80's, so obviously it's full of silly plots and "buy it!" screams, but much more than that, G1 was actually not bad, ponies used to fight with goblins and Evil Darklords, the fights was exciting and the characters cool, the world was not full filled with pink and so on, obviously it have some obligatory moral lessons, and girly moments, just like G.I Joe or He-Man have obligatory pointless fight scenes, the problem is that Hasbro started making shitloads of money, then MLP started being more like 30 minutes ad. than actually one cartoon, you can see by the new toys that Hasbro still having this broken logic about how girls think, and what sells and what don't, you also can see that Hasbro no more takes his franchise seriously, like fans, all they want is money, so they put a bunch of statistics together, mix with pink, glitter, and voilá, shit toys. I really hope Faust FiM finally changes Hasbro mind like her changed ours. |
