Well I was trying to answer someone.

I have been on campus and unable to work on any more pony-related shenanigans. I'm fairly busy with classes, but here's a pic of Bonbon and Derpy. Lyra is going to get a full repaint, and Caramel needs sanded and his eyes painted.

I'm also thinking about doing some OCs (I made ponysonas for my friends, because I'm gay, and I'm thinking of gifting them their own ponies. ) and more importantly, potentially Zecora and 'Dinky'- (I mean we have that cute Sweetie Belle toy, and she comes in a pack with a Pinkie, how perfect, right?) I also considered making a Luna out of a Rainbow dash and probably Rarity Hybrid. (headswitch) but I think Luna would be bigger than the other ponies, yes?

The number of Pinkie Pies who have died at my hand is terrifying.

On the term of general discussion. When will a episode tackling bigotry between the Unicorn Ponies, Pegasus Ponies, and Regular ponies happen? I mean Twilight could write to Celestia about learning to accept each other for the way they are born. Bridle Gossip addressed this but did not take it as far as it should go. Kids should be taught we are not all the same we have different skin colors and religions but should all be treated the same.

Most likely you're not getting feedback on it because it's rather short, and there just isn't very much character interaction to go on. True, ponies show up and do things, but not for very long. It's just hard to tell.

You at least got their manners of speaking right, or at least not wrong, and that's important.

Also, about the nitpicky nature of the bookshelf thing. I don't consider it a nitpick because I didn't pick it out due to looking for something to say, it was something I quickly noticed and it bothered me the whole way through. It wasn't a story breaker, but every time the bookshelf was mentioned I had to pause and think to myself "how are they all fitting there?"

I used to like Spike in the old G1 MLP cartoons. Granted he didn't have as much personality, just that 'generic good' that all goodguys back then tended to have. But he stood out for being a dragon and so I liked him.

“Princess Celestia!!!” Twilight yelled as she used her unicorn magic to lift up a chair and smash it through the glass window, shattering it into pieces, before leaping out of it in a hurry. Using her magic again, she landed upon the ground with little trouble and darted in the direction of the burning palace. All of the other ponies saw her rapid exit and followed her by heading down the stairs, though even the fastest of the ponies couldn’t match Twilight’s speed at this moment. She ran out of Canterlot and up the winding path to Celestia’s castle. It was now evening and it was getting darker, but this did not disturb Twilight in the least.

After several minutes of high speed galloping, Twilight had finally ascended the mountain trail, but was very tired out. She rested her hooves for but a moment, but couldn’t just stay still. Ahead of her lay the continually burning homestead of her beloved teacher, and she tried forcing herself to keep going.

Just then a familiar blue hoof touched her shoulder. “Whoa there Twilight. Hold on, you’re pushing yourself really hard.”

Twilight turned around. It was Rainbow Dash, who was the first to catch up to her. She looked at the burning castle, then back at Twilight. “I know we’re in a bad situation, but you weren’t built for speed like a pegasus pony. Now just sit back. I’ll check out what’s going on.”

Twilight shook her head. “No no no! I can’t lay around while the Princess is in danger! I have to do something!”

Fluttershy showed a great level of fear upon looking at the flames above, but she gulped and swallowed her fear. “D-don’t worry Twilight. We’ll help the Princess. Just... just trust in your friends, okay?”

Rarity assured her as well. “Don’t worry Dahling. Leave the messy work to Rainbow Dash and Applejack. We’ll check to make sure nopony is hurt.”

Twilight thought Pinkie Pie would be next to comfort her, but all she saw was the ecstatic pink filly toasting a marshmallow over a piece of burning rubble. She turned to Twilight and smiled gleefully.

“I found some marshmallows guys!”

The ponies chose to ignore her for now, as Rainbow Dash ascended into the sky near the castle and Applejack used her powerful hind legs to bust open the burning gates. In a coordinated effort, the two ponies made their way inside.

Upon making their way to the throne room, Rainbow Dash and Applejack saw the sight of several armored pegasi on the ground, knocked out cold. In the center of the throne was a badly hurt Princess Celestia protecting the younger Princess Luna from a mysterious shadowy entity hidden within the flames. The shadows were very powerful to be able to resist the light from the flames, and the two ponies realized this as they attempted to help their ruler.

However, Celestia created a barrier between them. “You two! You are friends of my student, correct?”
Rainbow and Apple nodded.

“Good! Listen very carefully! Take my sister, Princess Luna, and get out of here! There isn’t much time!”

As she tried conveying this message, several tentacles made of pure shadow lashed about, hitting the Princess and wounding her further. Luna ran to her aid, but Celestia used her magic to get Luna out of the way. “NOW LUNA! You must go! Find my pupil Twilight Sparkle, and explain to her what’s going on! Hurry!”

Luna tried to speak, but with tears in her eyes nothing could come out due to the fear she felt. Another shadow Tentacle lashed out to grab the smaller princess, but a swift kick from Rainbow Dash produced enough wind to blow it off course.

Applejack looked at Princess Celestia and nodded softly. “We understand yer highness! We’ll get her out of here in no time!”

Rainbow Dash took Princess Luna out of the burning throne room as Applejack did her best to help the pegasi pony. The few that were still conscious assisted their ruler, but the mysterious shadow entity was just too much for her to handle. Eventually the fighting caused the entire castle to start crumbling, leaving Applejack and Rainbow Dash little time to escape. Thankfully, they had retreated just in time, with Luna in the rear.

The Armored Pegasi soldiers came out as well as their princess ordered them to retreat, but Celestia herself did not emerge from the castle before it crumbled underneath it’s weight.

Upon seeing the castle fall into a charred ruin, Twilight’s vision went hazy and she passed out from overwhelming bewilderment. All she could think of is that she failed Princess Celestia, and that she should’ve never taken that break....
