Well the whole point of Trixie was that she's sort of a one-trick pony (HAR HAR HARRRRR). She comes in, does something pretty amazing, then most likely gets the hell out. I thought about adding flash, but combining that with tapping all of your opponents creatures would be nuts.

Without giving the tokens the ability to reproduce, you could just poke the original one and extinguish the threat, with this you have to get rid of ALL of them; but the ability needed to be slowed down, otherwise you would have an infinite token engine for 1 green mana, and that would be WAY TOO BUSTED. Feel free to tweak the wording a little.

That is a tough choice! Fluttershy's house seems like possibly the coziest and I like cute animals, but talking to her seems difficult and enjoying the cuteness of cute animals only lasts for so long. So I could see it getting boring. Twilight's library house is cool too and there'd be plenty of meat magic books to read, plus she seems like the best pony of the bunch as far as conversation partners go. But she might go social retard mode and constantly consult some book on what to do. And hanging out with Rarity would probably be nothing but dress-up and makeovers and beauty tips which would actually be fun - AS LONG AS SHE TELLS NO ONE. And she seems potentially gossip-inclined. The tendencies toward OCD detail attention would be fine though, I can get pretty detail-oriented too.

Anyway I dunno, tossup between those three. I guess whoever's closest.

The joke problems and the silly slapstick comedy relating thereto were the only reasons I liked that episode. The main plot about being open-minded and all was as subtle and nuanced as a sledgehammer and even more over-done. Not to mention they were just plain uncharacteristically unfriendly to Zecora, their initial fear never felt justified or in-character.

Oh, and Twilight went full-on retard. Really? Blue flowers, blue spots on their specific problems, and a warning about blue flowers specifically, and she couldn't connect the dots? And she's the smart one?

It's a better show than My Little Pony has any right to be. It has good people in the industry working on it and has respectable production values. It has as a design goal the idea that parents can watch along with their kids and actually enjoy it, and for the most part it succeeds. It's good, clean fun. So it got the necessary following on /co/ to begin the "endless thread" process - where fanworks and drawfags and theorizing and injokes keep the momentum going for a long time. As another active example, /co/ has had Tangled threads since the movie came out, and there won't be any expansion to that franchise for years. But the strength of the fan snowball allows discussion to continue regardless.

It's not black magic. Way I see it, it's just how /co/ works.
