Please check the MLP:FiM Thread Locator and

a general thread, but the biggest complaint I
see from them is that there are multiple threads.

A new general should not be made until the official
general is on the brink of autosaging into 404 hell,
or is at the image limit (150 pics). Once a new one
is established, it should be posted at the end of the
old general and everyone needs to herd themselves to
the next.

Obviously trolls & haters cannot be helped.

You awake an unknown amount of time later to the sound of unfamiliar voices. "Are they okay?" one voices asks. "Ah think so.. You finally manage to open your eyes only to find yourself surrounded by a group of colorful horses, all staring at you. "Oh, good! You're awake. Are you okay? What happened to you up there?" asks a purple one with a horn.

You are surrounded by talking horses. This revelation causes you to leap back in surprise, but your body doesn't move how you were expecting it to, causing you to fall over backwards. As you look down at yourself to see what's wrong, you find that you are now in possession of 4 hooves, rather than hands or feet...

Speaking of dreams, I had a weird dream last night that I was at some sort of imperial Ultra-Walmart that was so big you couldn't see the walls from one side of the place.

While walking through this place, I came across the Pony aisle.. biblically huge shelves of all things pony. Plushies, playsets, and figures of every pony (even background ponies!). Then the power went out and I thought, "I could steal all the ponies I want.." but I didn't. I just stood there, starting at it. I didn't want to steal the ponies, and this is particularly strange for me, because in many of my dreams, I'm a total kleptomaniac.

The lights came back on and then the rest is fuzzy.. I think the dream ended with me and some friends playing Rock Band in the Pony aisle...

Well if I ended up as a male earth pony my chances of a life of hard labor would be fairly high. And if human traits like fitness were transferred into our pony forms than I'd surely spend the rest of my days anchored to a plow considering that I'm already a physical fit person.

I think this trend is actually true from what we've seen so far. The big strong looking earth ponies like big mac are stuck taking up the plowing while weird whimpy looking males like Mr. Cake get to move into other fields. In Equestria being fit is a disadvantage when it comes to being a male earth pony.

Equestria is a planet in a system thats star has long since died. The "sun" and the "moon" are in fact large orbital facilities constructed by the previous human inhabitants of the world, in a desperate bid to prolong life on its surface. Celestia and Luna simply managed to gain control these facilities, having known of their existence due to their immensely long lifespans. They are the only ponies that know what they really are.

Celestia and Luna are creatures made by advanced science, by humans, to have the powers they do. There are many such creatures in that time, and they've been given elementary rights, hence why Celestia owns an apartment (but also has to worry about money, social service visits, etc). At some point in the future, when apparantly all humans have disappeared, Celestia and Luna found equestria. The "Elements of Harmony" also exist in this distant past.

What strange paths has history tread, that Celestia and Luna have seen? We may never know.

So if breeding between earth ponies, unicorn ponies, and pegasus ponies took place often, wouldn't that fill Equestria with a lot of half-breed ponies that are just mediocre at their destinations?

Judging from how things are going in the show so far, each pony type has a very important job. Deluding the bloodlines might cause ponies that specialize in one field to not be able to do it as effectively as a pure breed.

On the other hand, mixing breeds might make really powerful ponies. Maybe even a pony that has the strength of the earth, the magic of the unicorn, and the gift of flight. Right now, the only ones with all three powers that exist (at least alive) is Celestia and Luna.

A mortal pony born from common blood possessing all of that threatening power might make the God Empress Celestia most unhappy....

Pony Babies are grown somewhere (possibly in the private gated gardens at Canterlot). They're "delivered" by the means suited to finding the best parents. Some ponies, like the farmer types, raise their own and don't have to have them delivered(it's also why they tend to "mesh", same soil, same stock, same relation) but everyone else relies on a delivery creature.

"Waffles" and Applefritter are the same Pony. "waffles" they simply colored her hair brown, but her eyes, coat, cutie mark and hair ribbons are exactly the same between them. Considering shes named after her cutie mark, (which is a trio of apple fritters) its kinda silly to call her waffles.
