Alright, you seem to have the general scaling and position down, though that could use a little work. Nothing some practice can't iron out.

It doesn't look like you used a lot of guidelines (thin or feint lines that can be erased or hidden later) to line everything up and get your scale down. You also may want to draw with smoother lines, and generally work "bigger". It's always good to work big and then scale down later.

Look at the tutorials, and watch some of the ponies in motion/look at screencaps, and you'll eventually start to iron out the little things that are getting you. They add up.

Sure, I'll do yours too. This doesn't really look all too bad, though it's a little hard to tell due to the quality. Nothing seems catastrophically bad, though, so I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. Although, I can't see the bottom of the feet, but I'm assuming you have them lines up right regardless.

You've got a bit of excess on the sharp lines. If you're going for the pony style, I'd work a bit smoother. You also might want to add a little more weight to the tip of that mask, it looks a little too rigid to me.

Other than that, you seem to have some things down. Next steps would probably be to add a little more detail, like on the tail or in the mask, and then move on to drawing different poses and angles.

The jaded artist in me wants to crush their spirits and tell them drawing "talent" takes regular practice and time to develop and that everyone produces shit before they create something truly worthwhile.

Varying thickness in lines does make thing looks more... natural, I guess. It generally looks nice.

Not very much. It does look like you're drawing a bit small, which is going to be a bit tough to make smooth. Do some warm ups.

Lots of short strokes and hesitation marks mess up the darker lines. Ideally you want longer flowing strokes, and for that you need to use your arm with your wrist pretty much locked.

I was reading an article about how the care bears were a bad influence for kids back in the 90s (just like teletubies now) well, it seems that underaged childs on cartoons (babies) are prohibited to have any kind of tatoo on the body, all that due to some intoxication cases on kids who tried to draw care bears marks on their bodies (and little brothers/sisters bodies) using pens and paint (all those chemicals! what have Science done!)

Okay, so. Walmart's open 24 hours right now.

I went in there specifically to buy pony toys as a response to someobody who posted here, who was afraid of social stigma should he go purchase pony toys.

OMG they're horrible! Overpriced. 25 dollars will get me one-inch-tall Twilight and shorter-than-one-inch-tall Spike, and a plastic abomination of the balloon that appears in the opening, and it's hideous.

I don't care about the balloon. And why would I spend 25 dollars on an itty bitty Twilight Sparkle adn Spike? Not worth it. Also they don't look like they have the same design as the characters in the show.

Also there was a little off-model Rainbow Dash toy there that came with some sort of wind-up jet for her to ride around in. Why in Equestria would Rainbow Dash need a gad dang jet! She's a frickin' pegasus. D:

I mighta bought the Celestia playset, but they're all out of those. I'll head into Toys R Us later and see what pony stuff they have.

Instead, I bought pink cake rolls, Cherry Cremes Pot of Gold, chocolate cherries, and strawberry So Good to enjoy while watching the next episode. I decided to go with pink munchies to nom on because Pinkie Pie was so awesome in the last episode.

I just rewatched Boast Busters. Snips and Snails have cutie marks and names to match; what are their magical unicorn talents?

I think Snips can cut anything; he probably does his own hair, slices wood, trims the edges of paper for books, etc.

Snails is more difficult to work out, but I think I got it. Perhaps the snail slime he can apply to any surface acts as a glue. (In Equestria, glue made from rendered Pony, cow, pig, etc., would be positively criminal.)

Their skills combine to make these two a respectable living as repairmen.
